5 Steps Easy Banana Cake

This is a recipe I found on the internet. Following this recipe produces a banana cake that is soft, buttery and moist. If you like your banana cake to be so, then follow the 5 steps below:

1) 150g butter (soften)
3/4 cup of sugar
- cream well

2) 2 eggs lightly beaten
- gradually add into the mixture from 1)

3) 3 very ripe bananas (mashed)
2 tablespoon milk
- add to mixture from 2) and mix

4) 1.5 cup self-raising flour
0.5 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
- fold into mixture from 3)

5) Bake in oven for 40 to 50 mins at 170 degrees
